The 18th edition of the Innovation Prize will be held during Le Cercle on the 22nd of June 2023. The Innovation Prize will be officially presented to the winner during Les Assises plenary conference on Thursday 12 October 2023.

Presentation

Les Assises supports the development of start-ups via the Innovation Prize. It is a way to boost the start-ups’ notoriety and business: the winner is put in the spotlight for the whole community to discover its offer. The Prize rewards the most innovative solutions selected by a jury of cybersecurity experts.

HOW TO APPLY?

The Innovation Prize is a prestigious prize rewarding a European cybersecurity start-up. The applicants have to present their technological innovation to a jury of cybersecurity experts. The laureate will benefit from notoriety, business results and growth.

Who can apply?

All the European start-ups that were founded less than 5 years ago, that offer an innovative cybersecurity solution (software, service…) and with an achieved project in security of information systems can apply.

What does the laureate win?

The Innovation Prize winner will get a free booth at Les Assises, the French business meeting dedicated to cybersecurity experts that gathers more than 3000 participants every year. The winner will also benefit from a workshop to present its technology at Les Assises.

The main steps of an application

Complete the application form as fully as possible

Add a demo video link and upload the founder’s resumé

Feel free to add a detailed presentation of the company’s project and all the documents which will help the jury to understand the offer. Preferably use an electronic format (1 or 2 pdf attachments of maximum 10Mo, to upload online).

The best applications selected by the jury will present their solution during an elevator pitch on 22 June 2023 during an outstanding event for the Innovation Prize for invitees only

Created in 2019 after 20 years of research by Sorbonne University, INRIA and CNRS, CryptoNext Security is a publisher of quantum resistant cryptography solutions.

The systemic threat posed by the arrival of the quantum computer will have an impact on communications security and data confidentiality by breaking the public key cryptography used to secure networks, mobile applications, electronic signatures, blockchain, etc.

Its solutions, built around a post-quantum library integrating the algorithms currently being standardised, are natively hybrid and crypto-agile in accordance with the recommendations of security agencies. They enable rapid migration of IT/OT hardware and software infrastructures and have already been deployed for global defence, finance, software and equipment manufacturers in Europe and the United States. Supported by the Quantonation fund and the BPI, CryptoNext is identified by Gartner as one of the 5 leading players in the field.
